How It Works
1) Request a Commercial Account
Submit the short form below or give us a quick call. We’ll collect some basic details about your company, such as how many people you expect to fingerprint and what type of background checks you need. There’s no setup fee or obligation — just an easy way to get started.
2) We’ll Set Up Your Profile
Once we receive your request, we’ll create your company profile in our system. This includes adding your billing preferences, contact person, and any specific agency requirements you need us to follow. You’ll also be assigned an account manager who can answer questions and handle scheduling requests directly.
3) Start Booking Appointments
After setup, you’ll receive a dedicated booking link that’s unique to your organization. Share it with your team or applicants — they can schedule at their convenience, and all appointments automatically link to your account. This eliminates the back-and-forth coordination between HR, applicants, and our staff.
4) Track and Bill With Confidence
Each applicant who completes fingerprinting will receive a Transaction Control Number (TCN) on their confirmation form before they leave. They can give that to you as proof that their fingerprints were submitted to FDLE. Throughout the month, all of your completed appointments are tracked internally, and at the end of the billing cycle, we match your company’s TCNs with our official FDLE confirmation report. You’ll receive one clean, consolidated invoice for only the applicants who were successfully processed — no guessing, no overbilling, and no extra admin work on your end.
