Steps to Complete Your FBI Identity History Summary Check
1) Book an Appointment: Schedule your appointment online and select FBI Identity History Summary Check.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to your appointment.

2) Fingerprint Capture and Submission: During your appointment, we will verify your identity, capture your fingerprints electronically, and submit the information through the authorized system used for FBI Identity History Summary requests. You will also review and sign the required consent and privacy notices before submission.

3) Receive Your Results: Your Identity History Summary will be delivered according to the FBI processing system, usually by secure electronic delivery. Processing times are determined by the FBI and are outside our control. Fingerprinting Jacksonville does not receive or interpret the results.
