Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fingerprinting Jacksonville, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before your appointment:

Refunds

​

• If you have booked and paid for an appointment but service has not yet been rendered, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Once your fingerprints have been taken and submitted to FDLE, no refunds will be issued.

• There are no refunds if your background check is denied by the requesting agency or FDLE.

• If FDLE rejects your fingerprints due to poor quality or missing information, we will reroll your fingerprints at no additional cost. You must provide the Transaction Control Reference (TCR) number from FDLE for us to process the reroll.

Appointments cancelled before service is rendered will be refunded in full if payment has already been made.
